Holistic dry food for dogs and cats, made in Thailand, that gives more in every meal with 6 food groups. At launch there are 6 recipes for adult pets aged 1 year and up: 3 for dogs (Beef, Salmon, Lamb) and 3 for cats (Chicken, Tuna, Salmon).

Lucky Jonny, spelled without an h. The name comes from our two mascots: Lucky the cat and Jonny the dog. A search for “Lucky Johnny” may show other brands that have nothing to do with us. Our official channels are luckyjonnyclub.com and LINE @lucky.jonny.

Adult dogs and cats aged 1 year and up. Homes with one pet or several can pick a recipe for each, put them in one cart and get one delivery.

Group 6 of our 6 food groups, added to every recipe: 6 superfoods (carrot, pumpkin, tomato, kale, mixed berries and jasmine rice), Omega 3 & 6 and Synbiotics (prebiotics & probiotics). Cat recipes add taurine, and each recipe has its own extra ingredients on top.

Every recipe has meat as the first ingredient. The full ingredient list is on the back of the bag.

We use jasmine rice and rice, which are easy to digest. There is no wheat, corn or soy in the ingredient list.

No added salt, no artificial colours or flavours, and no synthetic preservatives.

No. All 3 Lucky Jonny dog recipes are free from chicken meat and chicken fat. If your dog reacts to several foods, check the ingredients on the bag or ask your vet before switching.

Yes. Every Lucky Jonny cat recipe has added taurine.

Standard bag: dogs 1.3 kg, cats 1.1 kg. Kibble size: dogs 9–10 mm, cats 7–8 mm.

Yes. Every recipe is registered as animal feed in Thailand. The registration number is on the bag.

No. It is food for every day. If your pet seems unwell, please see a vet.

See the daily feeding table on each product page, based on your pet’s weight. Split it into 2 meals and keep clean water out at all times.

Mix it in with the old food slowly. Start with about 25% for the first 2–3 days, then increase step by step so your pet’s tummy can adjust. If your pet has diarrhoea or doesn’t get better, please see a vet.

The expiry date is printed on the bag (it differs by lot). After opening, close the bag tightly and keep it somewhere dry and out of the sun. If the colour or smell changes, stop feeding it and message us on LINE.

No. You can order straight away.

For now, order through LINE @lucky.jonny and our team will confirm your order and how to pay. Paying on the website by PromptPay QR or credit/debit card is coming soon.

Yes. Tell our team when you order on LINE, or tick “Don’t show product names on the parcel” at checkout on the website. We’ll keep the contents as private as we can. Handy for gifts.

Yes. Message us on LINE with your order number, name, address and tax ID.

Free delivery anywhere in Thailand on orders from ฿1,000. Below that it’s ฿50 per order (remote areas and islands add ฿50). More on our Delivery & returns page.

Order before 2 pm on a working day and it ships the same day. Bangkok and nearby provinces: about 1–2 working days. Other provinces: about 3–5 working days.

Our system picks the best courier for each order. To check where your parcel is, message us on LINE with your order number and we’ll look it up.

Message us on LINE within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We’ll reply within 5 days of getting the photos or video. If it’s our mistake, we refund to the way you paid (card: refund sent within 15 days, the date it shows depends on your bank · QR/transfer: 7–15 days). See our cancellation and refund policy.

Yes, if you message us on LINE before 2 pm on the day you ordered (before it leaves us). Once it has shipped, we’re sorry, but we can’t take returns for a change of mind or for ordering the wrong recipe, size or quantity. Please check your cart before you order.
